Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience working as a line cook or in a similar culinary role
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
- Willingness to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must be punctual and reliable

- Previous experience as a line cook or in a similar role in a high-volume restaurant setting is preferred
- Strong understanding of cooking techniques, kitchen equipment, and safety protocols
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

- Good physical condition and ability to perform manual tasks, including lifting and moving items
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
Job Duties
- Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and presentation guidelines
- Set up and stock stations with necessary supplies and ingredients
- Ensure the highest quality and consistency of dishes served
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation, following health and safety standards
- Work collaboratively with the culinary team to manage and expedite orders
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering and receiving supplies
- Perform opening and closing duties as assigned
