Job Requirements
- High school diploma preferred but not required
- Six or more months experience in production or warehouse environments preferred
- Ability to work quickly and collaboratively in a team
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation
- Must have physical stamina to stand or walk up to 12 hours
- Must adhere to food safety and sanitation standards
- Must be able to work designated shift hours
- Zero percent travel required

- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Basic understanding of kitchen equipment and troubleshooting
Job Duties
- Prepare raw food by washing, cutting, cooking, cooling, labeling, and portioning
- Receive and follow directions from Production Kitchen Supervisor to meet production targets
- Accurately label packaging and submit progress updates throughout the day
- Read, understand, and follow recipes precisely
- Cook food using ovens or tilt skillets and prepare sauces and ingredient components
- Transition efficiently between tasks as production needs change
- Safely operate cooking, cooling, traying, and labeling equipment
- Maintain quality critical control points (CCPs) and document times, temperatures, and food safety data
- Use proper measuring utensils for ingredient portioning
- Maintain a clean and safe workspace by cleaning and sanitizing probes, tables, and smallwares
- Conduct full allergen changeovers when necessary
- Run clean cycles on Rational ovens, blast chillers, and clean tilt skillets
- Comply with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and food safety cardinal rules
- Support company food safety and quality systems such as SQF
- Stay current with alchemy training, including ROP and RTH specific courses
- Document food transitions and track progress throughout production stages
- Assist with end-of-day cleanups and adhere to safety guidelines such as proper lifting techniques
