Job Requirements

  • Culinary training or relevant kitchen experience preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills

  • Flexibility to work varied shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

  • Maintain knowledge of menu items to ensure every build meets specs and expectations
  • Prepare and cook menu items during service while maintaining quality and presentation standards
  • Understand and adhere to food safety regulations
  • Collaborate with kitchen and front of house staff to ensure timely and seamless delivery of orders
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace contributing to the overall cleanliness of the restaurant
  • Uphold core values of grit hospitality, leadership, integrity, and respect in every interaction
