- Culinary training or relevant kitchen experience preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties
- Maintain knowledge of menu items to ensure every build meets specs and expectations
- Prepare and cook menu items during service while maintaining quality and presentation standards
- Understand and adhere to food safety regulations
- Collaborate with kitchen and front of house staff to ensure timely and seamless delivery of orders
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace contributing to the overall cleanliness of the restaurant
- Uphold core values of grit hospitality, leadership, integrity, and respect in every interaction
