Job Requirements

  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to read and follow recipes and direct instruction with precision and accuracy
  • Culinary degree or ACF equivalent preferred
  • Availability for Tuesday through Sunday shifts including mornings and evenings
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to take ownership of responsibilities

Job Duties

  • Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and specifications
  • Maintain kitchen cleanliness and organization
  • Monitor inventory and assist with stock management
  • Collaborate with Executive Chef, Sous Chef, and Banquet Chef to ensure smooth kitchen operations
  • Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines
  • Assist with special menu items and daily specials
  • Take ownership of assigned kitchen station and tasks
