Job Requirements

- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to read and follow recipes and direct instruction with precision and accuracy
- Culinary degree or ACF equivalent preferred
- Availability for Tuesday through Sunday shifts including mornings and evenings
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to take ownership of responsibilities

Job Duties
- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and specifications
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness and organization
- Monitor inventory and assist with stock management
- Collaborate with Executive Chef, Sous Chef, and Banquet Chef to ensure smooth kitchen operations
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Assist with special menu items and daily specials
- Take ownership of assigned kitchen station and tasks
