- 1-3 years of cooking experience in a professional kitchen
- Food handler certification or ability to obtain upon hire
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Ability to work in a hot and wet environment
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs

- Availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays

- 1-3 years of cooking experience in a professional kitchen, preferably in a club, resort, or fine dining environment
- Strong understanding of kitchen operations, knife skills, and cooking techniques
- Ability to follow recipes accurately and maintain consistency
- Excellent teamwork, communication, and time management skills
- Must maintain a professional appearance and attitude
- Food handler certification required or ability to obtain upon hire
- Ability to stand for long periods and work in a hot, wet environment
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Frequent bending, reaching, and repetitive motions
Job Duties
- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes, portion standards, and presentation specifications
- Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies and ingredients before service
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the station and kitchen area at all times
- Ensure food is prepared in a timely manner and meets quality and consistency standards
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and handling procedures in compliance with health regulations
- Communicate effectively with chefs, servers, and other kitchen staff to coordinate service
- Assist with daily prep, inventory rotation, and storage of ingredients
- Support banquet and event operations as needed
- Clean and maintain kitchen equipment, utensils, and work areas
- Follow opening and closing kitchen procedures as assigned
