Job Requirements

- Minimum three months cooking experience at a full-service restaurant or hotel
- Ability to work evenings
- Physical capability to stand for extended periods

Job Duties
- Open and organize kitchen station each morning
- Prepare all food items for lunch including sauces and soups
- Transition food preparation from breakfast to lunch at specified times
- Cook all orders as per supervisor and waiting staff instructions ensuring food quality
- Learn and memorize menus, recipes, and food presentation
- Store food in proper containers maintaining correct temperatures
- Cook food in quantities that maintain quality and meet business demands
- Coordinate food preparation with other kitchen departments when necessary
- Prepare food required for next shift and following day as directed
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work area, equipment, and utensils according to health and safety regulations
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor
