- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in a kitchen or culinary environment
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- execute menu recipes accurately

- comply with company time standards
- manage all aspects of assigned cooking station including set up, prep, stocking, cleanliness, organization, sanitation, break down and storage
