Job Requirements
- Must be 17 years or older
- Able to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks

Job Qualifications

- Previous kitchen or food preparation experience a plus

Job Duties
- Prepare food items by cutting, sautéing, broiling, frying, and cooking meats, fish, poultry, vegetables, soups, and salads
- Ensure food is prepared following Red Robin recipes and quality standards
- Maintain cleanliness and safety in the kitchen by following food handling and sanitation rules
- Collaborate with team members to manage timely food delivery during service
- Monitor inventory levels and notify supervisors of shortages
- Adhere to health and safety regulations to provide a safe working environment
- Assist in training new kitchen staff as needed
