Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience as a broiler cook or in a similar kitchen role
  • Ability to work flexible schedules including holidays
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Food handler’s certification or willingness to obtain one
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and work as part of a team
  • Positive attitude and professional demeanor

Job Duties

  • Present a warm, friendly and enthusiastic service-oriented attitude
  • Complete all line set up work on a timely basis
  • Maintain steam table items, refrigerated items and dry storage items
  • Ensure that the kitchen is prepared to operate properly and efficiently during dinner shift
  • Broil all items as ordered and handle re-fires and remakes quickly to ensure guest satisfaction
  • Direct backup personnel on timing of preparation for food items needed on the line
  • Clean your own station and direct co-workers in their side work and assist if needed
