Job Requirements

  • At least one year of experience working in a high-volume kitchen
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Willingness to obtain First Aid/CPR certification after hire
  • Ability to lift/carry up to 50 pounds and remain on your feet for extended periods
  • A positive, collaborative attitude and a passion for great food

Job Duties

  • Prepare, cook, and plate meals that meet Touchmark's Gold Standard of quality and presentation
  • Deliver consistent, high-quality dishes for dinner service
  • Help educate residents and team members about healthy food options
  • Maintain food safety, sanitation, and kitchen organization at all times
  • Build meaningful connections with residents while making a daily impact through your cooking
