Job Requirements

Job Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a line cook or similar role
  • culinary degree or relevant certification a plus
  • knowledge of various cooking techniques and cuisines
  • familiarity with kitchen equipment and utensils
  • strong understanding of food safety and sanitation practices
  • excellent knife skills and attention to detail
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

  • Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards
  • ensure the quality and presentation of all dishes meet the restaurant's specifications
  • execute timely and accurate preparation of ingredients to meet service demands
  • maintain a clean and organized workstation following sanitation guidelines
  • collaborate with kitchen team members to streamline workflow and ensure efficient service
  • monitor and manage inventory levels of kitchen supplies and ingredients
  • assist in the development and enhancement of menu items
