Job Requirements
- Must meet state and local requirements for Food Handler’s certification
- Certification(s) must be obtained by first day or required timeline
- Previous experience preferred
- Open to varied work schedules and hours based on restaurant’s needs
- Must be able to stand for several hours
- Must be able to bend stretch twist or reach for objects on shelves at various height levels
- Must be able to lift push pull or carry heavy objects up to 40 pounds
- Ability to serve guests' needs with a high sense of urgency
- Ability to have fun

Job Duties
- Master fry station ensuring all fried items have perfect crispiness and flavor
- Operate grill station cooking proteins to correct temperature and grilling taco ingredients
- Manage sauté station creating flavorful perfectly cooked dishes
- Operate steam equipment preparing dishes requiring steaming maintaining texture and flavor
- Assemble and build each taco to order ensuring high standards and guest expectations
- Monitor quality and presentation of each dish ensuring it meets Dam Good standards
- Maintain clean and organized workstation adhering to food safety and sanitation standards
- Collaborate with BOH team members to ensure timely and correct food preparation
- Assist with stocking and organizing ingredients supporting kitchen preparedness
- Operate efficiently during busy periods maintaining quality and presentation
