Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • prior experience as a line cook or similar role required
  • flexible availability to work weekdays, weekends, afternoons from 3pm and nights
  • knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
  • ability to stand for extended periods and handle kitchen equipment safely
  • strong physical stamina
  • basic math skills

Job Duties

  • prep high-quality food products in assigned kitchen areas
  • set up and maintain workstations ensuring cleanliness and organization
  • follow departmental quality standards and specifications for all dishes
  • ensure food safety and sanitation protocols are strictly followed
  • assist with inventory management and stock replenishment
  • communicate effectively with team members to maintain smooth kitchen operations
  • support fellow kitchen staff during busy service periods
