Job Duties

  • prepare menu items according to Gordon Ramsay recipes and guest requests
  • ensure proper plate presentation consistent with brand standards
  • maintain correct portion control and adhere to temperature guidelines
  • operate kitchen equipment including grill, fryer, broiler, and oven
  • set up, stock, and organize assigned cooking station
  • maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of the cooking area
  • perform break down and proper storage of food and equipment at shift end
