Job Requirements

  • full availability including nights and weekends
  • ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment

  • Previous experience as a line cook or in a similar kitchen role

  • physical stamina to stand for long periods and work with kitchen equipment

Job Duties

  • Prepare food items according to recipes and quality standards
  • assist chefs and kitchen staff with prep and set-up
  • maintain cleanliness and safety in the kitchen
  • operate kitchen equipment such as ovens, grills, slicers, and knives safely
  • ensure proper plating and presentation of dishes
  • participate in kitchen breakdown and cleaning procedures
  • support team members to maintain efficient kitchen operations
