Job Requirements

- Previous experience as a line cook or similar role in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen
- A solid understanding of culinary techniques and food safety practices
- Strong attention to detail to ensure quality, presentation, and consistency
- The ability to work collaboratively in a team-driven environment
- The flexibility and discipline to manage time and tasks during high-volume service
- Experience working with a variety of kitchen equipment such as grill, fryer, broiler, and oven

Job Duties
- Execute menu recipes and ensure proper plate presentation for immediate service
- Maintain high standards of food quality, taste, portion control, and presentation
- Manage all aspects of the assigned cooking station, including setup, prep, cleanliness, organization, sanitation, and breakdown
- Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures in accordance with company and regulatory guidelines
- Communicate effectively with other kitchen team members to ensure smooth service and guest satisfaction
- Assist with restocking and storage of inventory items as needed
