Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or ged preferred
  • degree or training in culinary arts, hospitality or related field, or culinary certificate ideal
  • at least 1 year of culinary experience
  • ability to work a flexible schedule, including days, evening, weekends, and holidays
  • ability to communicate clearly in english both written and verbal
  • ability to be on your feet and alert for extended periods of time
  • ability to lift up to 40 lbs as needed
  • continuous bending, reaching, and twisting
  • maintains strong personal image and uniform standards
  • must be able to work at a high pace

Job Duties

  • menu prep and execution
  • prep alongside team according to prep lists provided by leadership
  • prepare menu items from recipes in a timely manner for tickets throughout service
  • ensure knowledge of menu items and ingredients
  • stock and maintain designated stations as directed by leadership
  • collaborate with leadership and prepare order sheets as needed
  • comply with all sanitation regulations and safety standards including proper storage, rotation of inventory, and quality control
  • maintain a positive and professional approach with ownership, coworkers, customers, and vendors
