  • must be at least 18 years old
  • ability to work in noisy, fast-paced environment
  • ability to move about facility and stand for long periods
  • ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds
  • ability to walk or stand for 100 percent of shift
  • ability to reach, bend, stoop, mop, sweep and wipe frequently

Job Duties

  • deliver an unparalleled guest experience through food, drinks and games
  • keep immediate supervisor informed of problems or unusual matters and take corrective action
  • adhere to all safety and sanitation policies
  • operate equipment safely and correctly
  • use chemicals properly for safety and cost control
  • ensure proper storage of products
  • prepare and sell food meeting quality indicators and guest expectations
  • prepare and cook food items by recipe and to specification
  • control costs by following prep sheets and minimizing waste
  • maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen areas
  • maintain station cleanliness and sanitation
  • clean and maintain kitchen mats, floors, walls and drains
  • empty kitchen trash and maintain trash cans
  • assist other team members as needed
  • maintain favorable working relationships with team members
  • smile and remain friendly during shifts
  • demonstrate clear communication with team members
  • be disciplined and self-motivated
  • adhere to dress guidelines and maintain a professional appearance
  • be at least 18 years old
