- must be at least 18 years old
- ability to work in noisy, fast-paced environment
- ability to move about facility and stand for long periods
- ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds
- ability to walk or stand for 100 percent of shift
- ability to reach, bend, stoop, mop, sweep and wipe frequently

Job Duties
- deliver an unparalleled guest experience through food, drinks and games
- keep immediate supervisor informed of problems or unusual matters and take corrective action
- adhere to all safety and sanitation policies
- operate equipment safely and correctly
- use chemicals properly for safety and cost control
- ensure proper storage of products
- prepare and sell food meeting quality indicators and guest expectations
- prepare and cook food items by recipe and to specification
- control costs by following prep sheets and minimizing waste
- maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen areas
- maintain station cleanliness and sanitation
- clean and maintain kitchen mats, floors, walls and drains
- empty kitchen trash and maintain trash cans
- assist other team members as needed
- maintain favorable working relationships with team members
- smile and remain friendly during shifts
- demonstrate clear communication with team members
- be disciplined and self-motivated
- adhere to dress guidelines and maintain a professional appearance
- be at least 18 years old
