Job Requirements

  • Previous experience as a line cook or in a similar role is preferred
  • Knowledge of various cooking methods ingredients and kitchen equipment
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to food quality and presentation
  • Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings weekends and holidays
  • Culinary school diploma or relevant certification is a plus

Job Duties

  • Prepare and cook food items according to established recipes and quality standards
  • Ensure all food is prepared in a timely manner and meets presentation standards
  • Maintain a clean and organized work station adhering to health and safety regulations
  • Assist with inventory management and ordering of supplies as needed
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth and efficient kitchen operations
  • Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure food safety
  • Assist in the preparation of ingredients for service including chopping vegetables cutting meat and preparing sauces
  • Ensure all equipment is properly cleaned and maintained
  • Communicate effectively with the kitchen and front-of-house staff
