Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in professional line cooking
- Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- Ability to work full-time hours
- Ability to follow detailed recipes and prep guides
- Physical ability to stand for long periods and perform kitchen tasks
- Ability to pass a drug test and criminal background check

Job Duties
- Executing executive chefs menus
- Adhering to prep guides and recipes
- Assures that meals are consistently served with attractive presentation and punctually
- Prepares meals adhering to all food sanitation policies and procedures
- Prepares meals adhering to all portion control and special dietary guidelines
- Resolves resident food and/or food service complaints graciously and promptly
- Assures food is stored correctly, adhering to all related guidelines
- Assures kitchen is cleaned after meals, including but not limited to pots and pans, all surfaces, and the floor
- Performs all cleaning tasks according to cleaning schedule
