Job Requirements

  • must be at least 18 years of age
  • ability to work in a noisy, fast-paced environment with distracting conditions
  • ability to move about the facility and stand for long periods
  • ability to lift and carry 30 pounds
  • ability to walk or stand for 100% of shift
  • ability to reach, bend, stoop, mop, sweep and wipe frequently

Job Qualifications

  • previous kitchen experience at a hotel or restaurant preferred but not required
  • ability to clearly communicate with other team members
  • disciplined and self-motivated
  • friendly and able to smile while working
  • at least 18 years of age
  • ability to operate kitchen equipment safely
  • knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures

Job Duties

  • delivers an unparalleled guest experience through food, drinks and games in an ideal environment for celebrating fun
  • keeps immediate supervisor informed of problems and takes corrective action or suggests alternatives
  • adheres to all company safety and sanitation policies and procedures
  • safely and correctly operates all kitchen equipment
  • uses chemicals properly for safety and cost control
  • ensures proper storage of all products
  • prepares and sells food that meets quality standards and guest expectations
  • sells food within recommended time frames
  • prepares and cooks food items by recipe and specification
  • controls costs by following prep sheets to ensure freshness and eliminate waste
  • maintains cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen areas
  • maintains station cleanliness and sanitation
  • cleans kitchen mats, floors, walls and drains
  • empties kitchen trash and maintains trash cans
  • assists other team members as needed
  • maintains positive working relationships with team members to promote a cooperative work environment
  • friendly and able to smile while working days, nights or weekends
  • communicates clearly with team members
  • disciplined and self-motivated
  • complies with dress guidelines, remaining neat and professional
