Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age
- ability to frequently lift to 20 lbs
- ability to occasionally lift to 50 lbs
- ability to frequently work in temperatures up to 100 degrees Fahrenheit
- successful completion of food handling certifications required by local and state governments
- friendly, outgoing personality and a get-it-done attitude
- excellent organization and time management skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented, loud environment
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of 6 months cooking experience preferred
- knowledge of dietary constraints and food allergies preferred
- successful completion of food handling certifications required by local and state governments

Job Duties
- Prepare and plate menu items according to company recipes and standards
- conduct opening and closing duties and maintain a stocked, clean, and tidy kitchen
- comply with food safety guidelines with labeling, dating, initially, and rotating food items
- properly operate and maintain kitchen equipment
- perform other duties as assigned
