Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in a kitchen or food service environment preferred but not mandatory
- ability to stand for extended periods
- ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- punctuality and reliability

- food handler's permit or willingness to obtain

Job Duties
- Prepare food orders as they are displayed on the kitchen order screens
- keep station clean, neat and organized
- follow brand standards for product assembly and product holding standards
- be able to take product temperatures and enter them into the daily temperature tracking forms
- fill out date and time records for product thaw, prep and production levels
- work with other crew members to fulfill orders in a timely manner
- filter and quick clean fryers to brand standards
- breakdown and clean equipment
- back of house product stocking
- back of house cleaning and organizing
- follow all food safety standards
