Job Requirements

  • must have 6 months of line cook or prep cook experience
  • guest-focused mindset
  • teamwork is a must
  • 18 plus years of age
  • food handlers certification as required
  • attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure
  • can effectively communicate with management, team members, and guests
  • availability to work days, nights and/or weekends

Job Duties

  • uphold cleanliness and safety standards
  • prep and cook all menu items according to recipes and standards
  • work in partnership with the service team to ensure food is accurate and delivered timely
  • adhere to all company and health department food safety procedures
  • properly and safely operate kitchen equipment
  • maintain a clean and stocked station before and after each shift
  • perform opening, mid-day or closing duties
