Job Requirements
- Able to stand for extended periods of time
- able to lift up to 35 lbs.
- able to work nights and weekends
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous back of house (BOH) restaurant experience preferred

Job Duties
- Follow recipes to prepare our Craveably Crafted™ food
- ensure all food and other items are stored and labeled properly
- prep or cook each food item within the expected ticket time
- understand the spec sizes, taste and visual expectations of all items
- conduct industry best safety and sanitation practices
- maintain a clean kitchen throughout the shift by washing dishes, sanitizing surfaces and removing the trash
- thrive in a fast-paced, energetic environment
- practice stellar communication with all coworkers during high-intensity shifts
