Job Requirements
- Minimum of high school diploma
- Culinary degrees preferred
- 1 plus years of experience in kitchen or restaurant leadership role preferred
- Solid understanding of cooking methods, ingredients, kitchen equipment, and related processes
- Proven track record of effective leadership and managing others
- Familiarity with best practices in the industry
- Knowledge of food preparation and health and safety standards
- Ability to effectively manage, direct, and lead a large team

Job Duties
- Supervise kitchen staff and coordinate food preparation activities
- Plan and direct food preparation processes such as chopping vegetables, butchering meat, and preparing sauces
- Assist in the development and execution of menu items in cooperation with kitchen staff
- Uphold existing health and safety standards in food preparation
- Manage and lead a large team effectively
- Mentor junior kitchen staff to enhance their skills and efficiency
- Ensure timely and high-quality food service delivery
