Job Requirements
- must take and pass all required training courses and assessments
- prepare all food items to order following standard recipes and procedures
- communicate effectively with team and leadership
- wash and clean food products
- always use full timed cycle on fryers
- maintain and filter fryers properly
- follow QR and Jolt system processes
- rotate product according to first in first out standards
- log and discard unused products
- maintain par stocks and minimize waste
- perform routine tasks as directed
- clean work area and equipment
- maintain sanitation and safety standards
- assist in training new personnel
- clean food prep areas
- be flexible with schedule
- maintain high personal cleanliness
- be a team player
- must have or be willing to obtain Food Handlers Certification
- understand and follow OSHA and HACCP standards
- 1-2 years experience
- must be at least 18 years old

Job Duties
- prepare meals quickly, efficiently, and accurately as per Hawkers Asian Street Food standards
- take and pass all required training courses and assessments
- communicate with team members and leadership regarding order status
- wash and clean raw food products
- properly maintain, filter, and use fryers
- follow QR's and Jolt system processes
- rotate products according to first in, first out method
- log and discard products not used by end of shift
- keep par stocks at proper levels and minimize product waste
- perform routine tasks under leadership direction
- clean work area, equipment, utensils, dishes, and silverware
- maintain food production, handling, cooking, sanitation, and safety standards
- assist in training new and part-time personnel
- clean food preparation and production areas
- show schedule flexibility and assist as needed
- maintain high level of personal cleanliness
- be a team player and help fellow members
- perform other duties as assigned
