Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous kitchen or food preparation experience helpful but not required
- Ability to stand for entire shift
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Ability to handle kitchen tools such as knives and pans safely
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, hot kitchen environment
- Ability to follow safety and sanitation guidelines
- Good communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work well in a team environment

- Stands 100 percent of the shift

- Frequently works with sharp knives and utensils
- Frequently works with hot plates
- Able to read tickets
- Able to communicate with coach and other team members to ensure guest satisfaction
Job Duties
- Prepare a variety of food with diverse methods according to recipes and specifications on all stations including appetizer, bread and fries, grill, pizza, and salad
- Prepare all food items required on prep list and label according to shelf life chart
- Complete assigned prep work to stock and set up stations
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation policies and procedures
- Follow proper HACCP temperature procedures and temp products when appropriate
- Use waste log and cooldown charts when appropriate
- Prepare all orders timely to recipe specifications
- Communicate ticket times and potential problems with service assistant, coach, bartender, or server
- Ensure proper rotation of products and stock to par
- Maintain favorable working relationship with all team members
- Help keep dish area caught up
- Complete opening, shift change, and closing checklists and weekly and monthly cleaning tasks
- Perform other duties as needed per coach request
