- Experience as a line cook or in a similar role
- Extensive knowledge of cooking techniques and food preparation methods
- Ability to operate kitchen equipment and use kitchen tools safely and effectively
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes and specifications
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-volume restaurant environment
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
- Ability for stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 50 lbs

Job Duties
- Preparing and cooking a variety of dishes according to established recipes and specifications
- Operating kitchen equipment such as grills, ovens, and fryers
- Ensuring all dishes meet the highest standards of quality and presentation
- Preparing ingredients and maintaining a clean and organized work area
- Following health and safety guidelines including proper food handling and sanitation
- Monitoring inventory levels and notifying management when supplies are low
- Communicating with kitchen staff to ensure timely and efficient meal preparation
- Assisting with cleaning and maintenance of kitchen equipment and work areas
