Job Requirements

  • Minimum age 18 or older based on applicable state and local requirements
  • Available to work weekend and holiday shifts
  • Ability to read tickets, recipes, prep sheets, and spec charts in English
  • Able to competently operate the grill, fryers, oven, and other kitchen equipment
  • Continuous standing, bending, and lifting up to 60 pounds
  • Exposure to heat of equipment and kitchen environment

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum age 18 or older based on applicable state and local requirements
  • Ability to read tickets, recipes, prep sheets, and spec charts in English
  • Competent operation of grill, fryers, oven, and other kitchen equipment
  • Positive attitude and ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment
  • Previous cooking experience in a restaurant setting preferred but not required

Job Duties

  • Follow food safety guidelines for cooking, cooling, and storage
  • Follow safety and sanitation procedures
  • Keep equipment clean and the work area organized
  • Complete duties without constant supervision
  • Prepare and cook menu items according to recipe specifications
  • Plate food items accurately and attractively
  • Work collaboratively with the kitchen and service teams
