Job Requirements

Minimum 6-12 months culinary or kitchen experience
Ability to stand for long periods and lift 30lbs regularly
Must be flexible to work nights and weekends based on business needs
Ability to communicate clearly with team members
Willingness to follow safety and sanitation protocols

Job Duties

Work closely with the Culinary Team and support café operations
Understand and maintain knowledge of Erewhon brand and café menu
Prepare and cook food according to quality standards and portions
Perform opening, closing, and side work duties as assigned
Complete end of day inventory and other opening and closing tasks
Ensure proper food temperatures and storage
Maintain clean and sanitized work areas, equipment, and coolers
Assist with receiving and storing incoming orders
Operate basic kitchen equipment
Follow proper knife safety procedures
Perform other duties as assigned by management
