Job Requirements

  • must be at least 18 years of age
  • ability to work in noisy, fast paced environment
  • ability to move about facility and stand for long periods
  • ability to lift and carry 30 pounds
  • ability to walk or stand 100% of shift
  • ability to reach, bend, stoop, mop, sweep and wipe frequently

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • previous kitchen experience preferred but not required
  • ability to communicate clearly with team members
  • discipline and self-motivation
  • ability to follow recipes and food preparation standards
  • familiarity with safety and sanitation procedures
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • ability to maintain professional appearance and demeanor
  • basic knowledge of kitchen equipment operation

Job Duties

  • deliver an unparalleled guest experience through food, drinks, and games
  • keep immediate supervisor informed of problems or unusual matters and suggest corrective actions
  • adhere to all company safety and sanitation policies
  • safely operate all kitchen equipment
  • use chemicals properly for safety and cost control
  • ensure products are stored properly at appropriate levels
  • prepare and sell food that meets quality indicators and guest expectations
  • sell food within recommended time frames
  • prepare and cook food items by recipe and specification
  • control costs by following prep sheets and eliminating waste
  • maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen areas and stations
  • clean kitchen mats, floors, walls, and drains
  • empty kitchen trash and maintain trash cans
  • assist other team members as needed
  • maintain a favorable working relationship with team members to promote a cooperative working climate
  • smile and be friendly while working days, nights, and weekends
