Job Requirements

  • Minimum 1-3 years professional cooking experience in restaurant or establishment of similar caliber
  • high school diploma or equivalent level of education
  • ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure
  • excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • ability to read, speak, and interpret documents in clear English
  • must be able to work flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • organized and motivating
  • demonstrate excellent communication skills
  • personable
  • working knowledge of reservation management systems highly preferred

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Oversees assigned areas of culinary production and works service
  • execute recipes
  • maintain kitchen equipment
  • be punctual and reliable
  • use working knowledge of basic cooking techniques such as measuring, knife skills, sauteing, grilling, roasting, poaching
  • ensure all food and products are consistently prepared and served according to recipes, portioning, cooking, and serving standards
  • maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned workstations
