Job Requirements

  • must be 18 years or older
  • 1 or more years’ experience working as a line cook
  • knowledge of knife skills
  • enthusiasm and knowledge of relevant ingredients and cuisine
  • availability to work mornings, afternoons, evenings including weekends
  • ability to comply with state restaurant health codes and regulations

Job Qualifications

  • 1 or more years’ experience working as a line cook
  • knife skills
  • enthusiasm for and knowledge of relevant ingredients and cuisine
  • associate's or bachelor’s degree in culinary arts
  • experience working on multiple kitchen stations
  • experience working a variety of positions in the restaurant or hospitality industry

Job Duties

  • ensure incredible service is provided by effectively handling a variety of tasks
  • prepare ingredients to be used by the culinary team as well as creating high quality meals
  • follow proper recipes, knife skills and cooking techniques to provide consistent ingredients and finished products
  • balance prep work while ensuring guests meals are prepared in a timely manner while maintaining high standards
  • comply with applicable state restaurant health codes and regulations
