Job Requirements
- must be 18 years or older
- 1 or more years’ experience working as a line cook
- knowledge of knife skills
- enthusiasm and knowledge of relevant ingredients and cuisine
- availability to work mornings, afternoons, evenings including weekends
- ability to comply with state restaurant health codes and regulations

- associate's or bachelor’s degree in culinary arts
- experience working on multiple kitchen stations
- experience working a variety of positions in the restaurant or hospitality industry
Job Duties
- ensure incredible service is provided by effectively handling a variety of tasks
- prepare ingredients to be used by the culinary team as well as creating high quality meals
- follow proper recipes, knife skills and cooking techniques to provide consistent ingredients and finished products
- balance prep work while ensuring guests meals are prepared in a timely manner while maintaining high standards
- comply with applicable state restaurant health codes and regulations
