Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • able to work in a noisy, fast-paced environment
  • capable of standing and moving for long periods
  • able to lift and carry up to 30 pounds
  • able to walk or stand 100 percent of shift
  • able to reach, bend, stoop, mop, sweep, and wipe frequently
  • must comply with dress code and maintain neat, clean, professional appearance

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • previous kitchen experience preferred but not required
  • ability to communicate effectively
  • self-motivated and disciplined
  • friendly and able to maintain positive demeanor
  • knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
  • ability to operate kitchen equipment safely
  • ability to work flexible schedules including nights and weekends

Job Duties

  • Deliver unparalleled guest experience through food, drinks, and games
  • keep supervisor informed of problems and suggest corrective actions
  • adhere to safety and sanitation policies
  • operate equipment safely and correctly
  • use chemicals properly for safety and cost control
  • ensure proper storage of products
  • prepare and sell food meeting quality standards and guest expectations
  • control costs by following prep sheets
  • maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen and workstations
  • clean kitchen mats, floors, walls, and drains
  • empty kitchen trash and maintain trash cans
  • assist team members as needed
  • foster a cooperative and harmonious work environment
  • maintain professional appearance and positive attitude
  • communicate clearly with team members
  • follow recipe specifications for all food items
