Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- able to work in a noisy, fast-paced environment
- capable of standing and moving for long periods
- able to lift and carry up to 30 pounds
- able to walk or stand 100 percent of shift
- able to reach, bend, stoop, mop, sweep, and wipe frequently
- must comply with dress code and maintain neat, clean, professional appearance
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous kitchen experience preferred but not required
- ability to communicate effectively
- self-motivated and disciplined
- friendly and able to maintain positive demeanor
- knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- ability to operate kitchen equipment safely
- ability to work flexible schedules including nights and weekends
Job Duties
- Deliver unparalleled guest experience through food, drinks, and games
- keep supervisor informed of problems and suggest corrective actions
- adhere to safety and sanitation policies
- operate equipment safely and correctly
- use chemicals properly for safety and cost control
- ensure proper storage of products
- prepare and sell food meeting quality standards and guest expectations
- control costs by following prep sheets
- maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen and workstations
- clean kitchen mats, floors, walls, and drains
- empty kitchen trash and maintain trash cans
- assist team members as needed
- foster a cooperative and harmonious work environment
- maintain professional appearance and positive attitude
- communicate clearly with team members
- follow recipe specifications for all food items
