Job Requirements
- No prior experience required
- must be at least 16 years old
- ability to stand for extended periods
- able to work flexible schedules including nights and weekends
- must pass food safety and sanitation training
- good physical stamina
- willingness to work as part of a team
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- positive attitude and team player
- basic food handling knowledge is a plus
- ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- strong communication skills
- previous kitchen or cooking experience is advantageous but not required
Job Duties
- Prepare made-from-scratch legendary food for guests
- follow established recipes and plating guidelines
- maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen area
- collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations
- manage a busy kitchen station efficiently
- learn and apply food safety standards
