Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Must have weekend and holiday availability
  • Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds
  • Ability to work first, second, rotating, and weekend shifts
  • Strong commitment to food safety and quality standards
  • Reliable and punctual with a professional attitude

Job Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a kitchen or food preparation environment is a plus

Job Duties

  • Prepare and cook menu items according to Silver Diner's recipes and standards
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area
  • Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate food preparation
  • Monitor food quality and presentation to meet company standards
  • Support training and development initiatives as part of the hat development program
  • Assist with inventory management and stock rotation
