Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- Must have weekend and holiday availability
- Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds
- Ability to work first, second, rotating, and weekend shifts
- Strong commitment to food safety and quality standards
- Reliable and punctual with a professional attitude
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in a kitchen or food preparation environment is a plus

Job Duties
- Prepare and cook menu items according to Silver Diner's recipes and standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate food preparation
- Monitor food quality and presentation to meet company standards
- Support training and development initiatives as part of the hat development program
- Assist with inventory management and stock rotation
