Job Requirements

  • minimum of 1 year cooking experience in a restaurant
  • understanding of kitchen methods, procedures, and knife skills
  • ability to perform tasks with precision, speed, and attention to detail
  • ability to read and follow cooking instructions
  • must be organized and self-motivated

Job Qualifications

  • be at least 18 years of age
  • have 4+ years of line cook experience preferred
  • be a multitask master in a fast-paced environment
  • ability to recreate recipes per Hash Kitchen standards
  • knowledgeable about food safety standards and restaurant cleanliness
  • willing to go the extra mile to create the ultimate guest experience
  • knowledgeable about the menu and products offered

Job Duties

  • cook and prepare foods according to standardized recipes and production guidelines
  • set up workstation with required ingredients and equipment
  • prepare ingredients by measuring, weighing, mixing, chopping, trimming, and peeling
  • safely use kitchen utensils and equipment including knives, ovens, stoves, slicers, and mixers
  • arrange, garnish, and portion food according to restaurant standards
  • properly store food adhering to food safety policies
  • maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstation
  • perform other duties as assigned by management
