Job Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs following safety procedures
- ability to work in various positions including stooping, standing, bending, sitting, kneeling, squatting for extended periods
- ability to climb stairs and navigate property quickly
- ability to work extended and flexible hours including weekends
- ability to repeat wrist, hand, and finger motions
- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior kitchen or cooking experience preferred

Job Duties
- Work with the Executive Chef and Sous Chef to deliver vibrant menus
- ensure all safety procedures are followed and the kitchen meets health, safety, and sanitation standards
- apply basic cooking techniques including braising, sautéing, roasting, grilling, recipe adherence, ratio, and portion controls
- demonstrate proper knife handling skills
- participate in catering functions for food and beverage services
- assist in daily prep and kitchen set up
- maintain high energy and passion during service hours
- perform inventory and production duties efficiently
- understand and control inventory within culinary guidelines
- work across all service types such as a la carte and buffet
- keep the kitchen spotless and maintain personal hygiene and food handling standards
