Job Duties

  • Prepare ingredients and dishes according to recipes and quality standards
  • Operate grill, broil, sauté, and fry stations efficiently
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations
  • Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure smooth service
  • Handle food storage and preparation following safety guidelines
  • Assist in inventory management and stock rotation
  • Continuously improve culinary skills through training and feedback
