Job Duties
- Prepare ingredients and dishes according to recipes and quality standards
- Operate grill, broil, sauté, and fry stations efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations
- Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure smooth service
- Handle food storage and preparation following safety guidelines
- Assist in inventory management and stock rotation
- Continuously improve culinary skills through training and feedback
