Job Requirements

  • Minimum 1-year experience working as line cook preferred
  • Serve Safe Certification preferred
  • Effective communication skills in English - both written and oral
  • Basic mathematical skills for portion control and recipe calculations
  • Ability to work in fast-paced, high-pressure environments
  • Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to follow food safety and sanitation protocols
  • Basic computer skills
  • Ability to multitask effectively
  • Willingness to work in confined spaces and perform repetitive tasks

Job Duties

  • Adhere to food safety and sanitation procedures
  • Collaborate with team members to meet food preparation deadlines
