Job Duties
- Learn all Wok recipes, cook times, and cooking techniques per Din Tai Fung's procedures
- check the ingredient quality prior to beginning cooking
- cook the ingredients in accordance with Din Tai Fung's recipes
- plate the final product in accordance with Din Tai Fung's plating guidelines
- prepare and cut garnishes for Wok line items
- label all items in accordance with Health Department regulations and Din Tai Fung procedures
- attend monthly staff meetings and Wok meetings
