Job Requirements

  • Minimum two years experience in kitchen preparation and line cook experience
  • Positive energy and ready to assist fellow support staff and work as a team player
  • Must be able to speak, read and understand basic cooking directions
  • Ability to communicate effectively with managers, employees, and all guests
  • Flexible schedule to work days, nights, weekends and holidays
  • Constant standing/walking with occasional stooping, kneeling, pushing, pulling, or lifting

Job Duties

  • Accurately and efficiently prepares, stocks, and maintains the highest quality cuisine for guests, complying with standard portion sizes, cooking methods, quality standards, and kitchen policies
  • Maintains a clean and sanitary workstation including all kitchen equipment, adhering to all cleanliness and sanitation regulations
  • Closes the kitchen properly following the closing checklist for kitchen stations and assists others in the process
  • Promptly reports product shortages, equipment problems, or food quality issues to the Chef
  • Works effectively within a team to deliver consistent and high-quality food preparation
