Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous kitchen or culinary experience preferred
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Ability to work early morning to late evening shifts
  • Open availability (4 a.m.-11 p.m.)
  • Must be able to follow recipes and kitchen protocols
  • Must be able to handle physical demands of the role

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience as a line cook or in a fast-paced kitchen preferred
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
  • Ability to follow detailed recipes and portion control guidelines
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours including early mornings and late evenings

Job Duties

  • Follow all recipes and practice portion control to prepare, garnish, and present ordered items
  • Maintain proper and adequate set-up of the kitchen/station on a daily basis
  • Requisition and stock all required food, paper products, and condiments
  • Handle, store, and rotate all products properly
  • Responsible for set-up, maintenance, cleaning, and breakdown of machinery and equipment
  • Maintain stock, cutting, and storage of perishables daily to ensure product quality
  • Complete opening, ongoing, and closing checklists as required
  • Take responsibility for the quality of products served
  • Perform cleaning tasks using standard products as assigned by supervisor
  • Other duties as assigned
