Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum of 1-year professional cooking experience or education equivalent
  • ability to work standing for up to 8 hours
  • capable of lifting up to 35 pounds with assistance for heavier loads
  • ability to follow workplace safety and food safety policies
  • willingness to attend all required meetings
  • compliance with dress code policies
  • ability to work Monday through Friday from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1-year professional cooking experience or education equivalent
  • basic knowledge of cooking and prep techniques
  • ability to work with large volume culinary equipment
  • adherence to food safety and HACCP guidelines
  • strong attention to kitchen organization and cleanliness
  • effective communication skills
  • capability to work under pressure during peak periods

Job Duties

  • Clock in and out for workday and breaks
  • always provide the highest quality of service in accordance with ISS/Guckenheimer and client standards
  • utilize food preparation procedures in accordance with federal, state and local regulations
  • demonstrate basic knowledge of cooking and prep techniques
  • execute NetMenu recipe preparation as directed
  • clean and sanitize work areas and equipment following regulatory rules
  • notify management of ingredient discrepancies, safety issues, or other concerns
  • attend all daily meetings
  • perform other duties as assigned
