Job Duties
- execute menu recipes with accuracy and consistency
- prepare dishes according to guest requests ensuring portion control and temperature standards
- maintain proper plate presentation for immediate service
- set up, prep, stock, and organize cooking station
- ensure cleanliness and sanitation of the station
- operate grill, fryer, broiler, oven and other kitchen equipment
- break down and properly store all cooking station items
