Job Requirements
- Follow all prescribed portioning controls and par levels
- Maintain food safety and quality standards
- Communicate any food delays or issues to coordinator
- Maintain menu item counts and communicate to management and service staff when quantities fall below minimum quantity
- Accurately account for all items coming out of the station
- Comply with all safety and sanitation guidelines and procedures
- Follow all rules policies procedures and conditions of employment including those outlined in the employee handbook
- Get along well with others and be a team player
- Other duties will be assigned as needed

- Ability to read a thermometer correctly and efficiently
- Understanding and following food allergy procedures and special orders restrictions

Job Duties
- Executing menu items from start to finish including preparation of ingredients butchery of proteins cooking and plating of menu items
- Honing existing skills while learning new techniques and building skill set
- Working collaboratively with back of house and front of house staff
- Maintaining cleanliness of back of house work areas including refrigeration cooking equipment and prep areas
- Participating in deep cleaning of back of house work areas including refrigeration cooking equipment and prep areas
- Being available to work a variety of hours days and shifts including weekends
- Safely and effectively using and operating all necessary tools and equipment including knives
- Effectively communicating to perform and follow job requirements in written and spoken directions
