Job Requirements

- Minimum 6 months experience in a high-volume restaurant preferred
- Demonstrated exceptional knife skills
- Ability to follow recipes and portion controls
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment

Job Duties

- Follow portions, recipes, and quality standards
- Keep your station clean, stocked, and organized
- Assist with prep, opening/closing, and smooth operations
- Maintain speed, teamwork, and organization under pressure
