- prepare and cook menu items according to company recipes and standards
- maintain food safety, cleanliness, safety, and sanitation standards
- organize storage in walk-in cooler, walk-in freezer, and dry storage areas
- clean and maintain the workstation on the line
- monitor ticket times to ensure timely food preparation and delivery
- ensure quality and presentation of all dishes
- collaborate effectively with team members in a fast-paced environment
