Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous experience as a line cook or in a similar role is required
  • Knowledge of various cooking methods and techniques
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • State Food Handler certificate required
  • Availability to work during holidays, nights, and weekends with increased hours during peak times

  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Understanding of food safety and sanitation regulations
  • Culinary training or certification is a plus

Job Duties

  • Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards
  • Ensure all dishes are made to order and meet presentation guidelines
  • Maintain a clean and organized workstation
  • Ensure all ingredients and supplies are readily available and properly stored
  • Monitor food quality and freshness
  • Ensure that all dishes are prepared to the correct temperature and meet the standards
  • Work closely with other kitchen cast members to coordinate orders and ensure timely service
  • Communicate effectively with the team to manage kitchen workflow
  • Adhere to all health and safety regulations
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including workstations, utensils, and equipment
  • Assist with inventory checks and notify the Kitchen Manager of low stock levels
  • Ensure that food storage areas are organized and properly stocked
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by the Kitchen Manager
